• Roast level = flavour
  • Darker roast you will get more cocoa, dark choc, bitter, deep stone fruit flavours,
  • Light roast you will get fruity, flowers, citrus, biscuits, milk choc
  • How you brew/make the coffee is where you can vary strength.
  • Amount of coffee, brew method as well as grind fineness will determine strength
  • Amount of caffeine in different brews – espresso, cappucc, filter, plunger
