Science of Coffee have partnered with MAF SA, which uses aircraft to transform the lives of the most isolated people around the world.

In the Highlands of Papua New Guinea, coffee is one of the main sources of income for remote communities, but only if they have access to buyers. Tropical and mountainous terrain covers most of PNG. Over 80% of the population lives in rural isolation. MAF’s aircraft fly tonnes of coffee beans from the farmers in dense jungles to the market in the city where it can be sold. Without MAF, these farmers would suffer and their business would be virtually impossible.
